Eco-Designs for TAP were also born of the HNC in Building Studies - in which students were advised to refer to the website http://www.cat.org.uk for further research, and for design (divine) inspiration...  Or at least, it was divine in my own inspiration!  Students were advised that this was one design exemplar that was  to such high exemplary and teaching standards, but there were many more, and students needed to further research.

When I asked why it was that we were not able to see any such examples in our field visits in Norfolk, the answer was that there were so few - there were a few which had opening days once or twice annually for a few days - but nothing like an exemplary EcoVillage type eco community, which was something that TAP intentional EcoVillage type eco community offered Norfolk & East Anglia, from 2008 onwards.

But there again, it was not solely that we learned of the need to focus on partnering, CDM, Building Law, HSE, the Law of Tort, (and more) - it was THE MOST damning prophecy delivered by our lecturer in 2002 - and that really was something else, (creating the vision that led to the design for the ARK social enterprises, and TAP), because we knew what was coming...
